Can Negrell

Can Negrell is a stunning villa nestled in the heart of the forest, featuring a large private swimming pool. It offers a unique setting where you can completely unwind and reconnect with nature.

This beautiful country house (620 m²) sits on 25 hectares of private land, surrounded by woods, and boasts a fenced garden of 12,000 m². It is entirely self-sufficient in water and energy, and there is secure on-site parking for your car.

The sandy beaches of Lloret and Tossa de Mar are just a 15-20 minute drive away, while PGA Golf Catalunya is only 15 minutes from the villa. Can Negrell consists of three spacious apartments, which can be rented separately or together.

I fell in love with this place back in 1999, and after 15 years, Can Negrell finally became my responsibility. Even now, I still experience that profound sense of peace, connection with nature, and inner balance every single day. Nature here changes constantly, the magnificent botanical garden is a true gem, and the views are simply phenomenal.

The property offers absolute privacy, independent energy and water supply, and a large chlorine-free swimming pool. It is set amidst a breathtaking nature reserve, full of hiking and cycling trails, and close to some of the Costa Brava’s most beautiful beaches. Barcelona is only a 45-minute drive from Vidreres.

LWe really enjoyed Can Negrell with our two children. The accommodation is located on top of a hill with beautiful views both in the morning and in the evening. If you like peace and quiet.. this is your place. 😊.

The best of all about Can Negrell is the location, disconnected from the city up in the mountain, but the down part of the building divided in two big apartments, the facilities and the furniture mixture making everything coming together perfectly helps you feel so comfortable and at home just getting there.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, cool and comfortable with stunning views. The large, covered terrace was perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing. The pool was perfect, clean and really refreshing, the water coming from a natural spring. The host, Sytze, gave us great suggestions for places to visit - he was friendly and very helpful. We had the most relaxing and peaceful time, enjoying the garden, cacti, butterflies, birds singing and ever changing sunsets. We can thoroughly recommend Can Negrell.

If y want to be in a quiet place, this is the place to be. You ll enjoy the nature around you, the garden and the house are beautiful, we use the pool even if we are in June. His dogs are super friendly and we passed a lot of time to play with. Sytze is a nice person, and loves sharing with him. To sum, amazing 4 days. We ll come back.

We have enjoyed staying in Sytze's place. If you look for peaceful remote location, we recommend his house. Although remotely located, the place is about 0.5 h driving from beautiful towns on Costa Brava like Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar. Sytze was very friendly and helpful all the time.

Great house located in the mountains with fantastic views over the valley and on a good day even the snow-topped Pyrenees! The heating had an issue on the third day we were there, which the owner resolved on a weekend day within three hours (!). On top of that we were able to use the fireplace in the meanwhile which actually was a bonus to our trip. Lovely to sit outside in the garden when it’s sunny. Well designed house and garden. All round top stay!
