Can Negrell – Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

A booking deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required to secure your reservation. If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, you receive a full refund, including the deposit. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total amount is charged. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable

2. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required to cover potential damages, losses, or extra cleaning. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure, provided no issues are found.

3. Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is limited to 5 guests per apartment. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or termination of the rental without refund.

4. Use of Property

The property is to be used strictly for residential purposes. Commercial or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

5. Amenities and Facilities

Guests have access to all amenities listed in the rental description. Damages to any items will be deducted from the security deposit.

6. No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Smoking is only allowed outside on the terrace. Any violation will lead to full forfeiture of the deposit.

7. Pets

No pets (dogs, cats or others) are allowed on the premises.

8. Noise and Conduct

Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. No loud noise after 22:00, and no disruptive behavior is tolerated.

9. Maintenance and Repairs

Notify us immediately of any damage or needed repairs. The owner reserves the right to enter the property for urgent maintenance.

10. Liability

The owner is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or lost property during your stay.

11. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Less than 30 days before check-in: 50% of the total rental amount will be charged.

  • Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund will be issued.

12. Force Majeure

The owner is not liable for circumstances beyond their control (e.g. natural disasters, power outages, pandemics).

13. Governing Law

This rental agreement falls under the jurisdiction of Spanish law.

  • No open fires during summer months.

  • Respect the maximum number of guests.

  • No noise during quiet hours (22:00 – 08:00).

  • Supervise children under 16 at the pool.

  • BBQ only in the designated pool building — ask for assistance before first use.

  • Report any damages or incidents promptly.

  • No smoking inside — only on the terrace.

  • No pets allowed.

  • Do not flush large items like napkins down the toilet.

  • Check-out is at 10:00 sharp.
